1 Clients may carefully note that their envelops packets must not contain any personal letter, Currency Notes which infringe the Post mice-Act, The cheque. Drafts, Files, Stationer, Document, Negotiable Instruments, Banking Papers, L/Cs and such other documents are not barred from being sent through courier services. We accept envelops “I parcels in good faith they do not contain anything that infringe the law.
2. Goods of hazardous nature which are expressly prohibited by Railway/Airlines or any other transport agency will not be accepted,
3. Consignors are advised to insure parcels containing valuables.
4. Company any loss arising due to confiscation of good by any UK Govt or local Authority.
5. loss or damage we are not liable for insurance.
6. The company would not be liable for any loss occurred due to causes beyond our control ie: Floods. Accidents, Fire, Arson, Loot, Civil commotion, Terrorist act ets.
7. Every effort is made to adhere to the delivery schedule but things can get delayed in abnormal circumstances beyond our control.
8. Octrai or any other charges leviable by any Central, State or Local Authorities wherever applicable will be extra and payable by the shippers/ Consignees.
9. For packets weighing a very tittle but occupying abnormal area, additional charges will be leviable.
10. We are not liable for any loss, miss delivery, delay of damage to any article ir thing document sent through us.
111. We have the right to open inspect any document I shipment in order check the misuse of our services by any unscrupulous people,
12. All disputes arising out of business transactions are subject to CIA only.
13. We do not carry cash. jewellery . precious metals. contraband etc.
14. Our rates are for each article, unless stated otherwise,
15. Please check your parcel at the time of receiving. Once received we are no longer liable responsible for your parcel.
16. Parcel may be disposed off if unnecessary items are put in the parcel without our permission or knowledge.
11. Parcels sent by-sea should be enquired within 10 days lime. not enquired w’t will dispose the parcel without any prior notice.
18. All deliveries will be done subject to custom clearance.
